🔁 Return & Refund Policy
At N.ishu Jewels, every jewellery piece goes through strict quality inspection before dispatch. Due to the delicate and personal nature of jewellery, we follow a limited and transparent return policy.
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit.
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory
(from sealed package to product opening)
2. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:
- The product is not damaged
- Complaint is raised after 24 hours
- Unboxing video is not provided
- Product has been worn, used, or altered
- Minor colour or design variations occur due to lighting or screen resolution
Such variations are natural and do not qualify as defects.
3. Gift Combo Products
- Gift combo products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable
- No replacement will be provided for gift combo items under any circumstances
4. Replacement & Refund Process
- Once damage is verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product
- If the product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within
5–7 working days after inspection
5. Return Shipping
Return instructions will be shared after approval. Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
